Agroalimentaria ofrece un espacio de Conferencias y Jornadas Técnicas que fomentan el intercambio de conocimientos con temas relevantes al sector de la agroexportación.
Es un entorno abierto al diálogo, donde reconocidos expertos nacionales e internacionales tienen como objetivo actualizar los participantes en temas relativos a las últimas tendencias del mercado internacional, comercialización y consumo de productos frescos y procesados, la incorporación de la innovación y la tecnología de punta en la producción de alimentos de alto valor, nuevos requerimientos sanitarios y fitosanitarios que rigen la entrada de productos agropecuarios en los grandes mercados, trazabilidad y certificaciones, además de otros de actualidad.
